Project files and media
Material you send us for a project, and the deliverables we make, are stored on servers we operate. We use them only to do the work. Upload and delivery links are private, and they expire.
After the project closes, we keep the files for the retention period set out in your quote, then delete them. We warn you by email before we do, so please keep your own copies.
Cookies
The website and the private pages we send you use only the cookies they need to work and to stay secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Payment pages run by our payment gateway may set their own cookies, for security and fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some pages may then not work as intended.
Payment information
You can pay by bank transfer, UPI, international wire, or card where an invoice offers it.
For bank transfers, UPI and wires, we receive the payer details that the banks pass on, and keep them with our financial records.
Card payments are processed by our payment gateway under its own privacy and security terms. We receive confirmation of the payment and what we need to match it to your invoice. We never see or store full card numbers.
